Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed.

Please note that orders made on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.

We currently ship within the United States.

Free Shipping for all orders over $50 (USD).
Orders under $50 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Delivery typically take 3-7 business days, depending on destination and carrier schedules.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be provided via email or through your order history page.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We primarily ship via, USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on the order's weight and destination.

Please note that Puppia US is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after the carrier marks them as delivered.
